Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return being requested will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can assess the problem and resolve it for you.

 Exceptions/items that cannot be returned

 Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Sale items or gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned. Exchanges The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and order the new item separately.purchase once the return has been accepted.

Legal reflection period of 14 days in the EU

 Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing reasons. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, not worn or used, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

When we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
